Cypress & Pine Tot Lot has the audacity to call itself a tot lot while offering swings that aren't even suitable for toddlers. Bold strategy. One merry-go-round and some age-inappropriate swings make up the entire play offering — which is genuinely impressive in its commitment to doing the bare minimum.
The benches and picnic tables are present in confident numbers, boldly overselling. Nobody is lingering here by choice.
No facilities, no amenities, horrendous street parking, and worn equipment that has clearly given up on itself round out what is a thoroughly avoidable experience.
The neighborhood deserves better. Much better.
Two stars only because the equipment is technically functional. Hard pass.
