Trinta Park serves a clear purpose — and it does that one thing well. If you have an older child playing little league, the toddler playground nearby gives younger siblings somewhere to burn energy while the game is on. Convenient, practical, job done.
As a standalone playground destination though, it's hard to recommend going out of your way. The equipment is worn and limited, feeling very much like an afterthought to the main baseball area. A basketball court rounds out the amenities for older kids. The 2 bathrooms appear to be locked when a little league game is not in session.
Plenty of street parking makes drop-off easy, and the little league setup itself is well-maintained and clearly the heart of this park.
A fine pit stop if you're already there — just don't reroute your morning for it.
