Sunnybrae Park is one of those quietly brilliant neighborhood parks that clearly has a loyal local following — and it's easy to see why. The fully enclosed space is a toddler and baby parent's dream, keeping little ones safe while giving caregivers room to breathe.
What sets it apart is the thoughtful layout — multiple play stations spread throughout prevent the crowding and bottlenecks you often find at smaller parks. Everyone gets their turn without the chaos.
Tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood with plenty of street parking, it has an unhurried, community feel that makes lingering easy. Visiting on a Thursday morning and finding it moderately busy says everything about how well-loved this little park is.
A genuine neighborhood gem, although worth noting there is no bathroom available.
