Harborview is a solid, well-rounded neighborhood playground that covers the essentials without any particular flair. The layout is pleasantly spread out, comfortably accommodating lots of children without feeling crowded. Equipment variety is decent — climbing structures, swings, a sandpit, small slides, and spinners keep younger kids happily occupied, with a larger structure available for older kids too.

Practical amenities are a genuine highlight: a baseball field, half basketball court, well-maintained bathrooms with a changing table, and parking in both a small lot and on the street.

Not a party destination — only 2 picnic tables which are nicely shaded. And while it wouldn't pull me across town, it's a reliable and comfortable stop if you're already in the neighborhood or looking to burn off your child’s energy for a nice walk along the shoreline with a good view of the airplanes.

A dependable neighborhood park with a great view.
