Kauai street garage. It’s close by, cheaper than others, and you can usually find a spot on the lower level! It’s my go to for parking. Otherwise Yerba Buena Parking is fine. Leave nothing in the car visible. Or Park at the SF MOMA garage. It is $26 for up to 12 hours, but here is the secret: take your ticket to the 1st-floor coat check and get it scanned for a 10% validation discount.

- Kids 18 and under are always free — though they do require a ticket. Book kids’ free tickets online in advance, along with tickets for the rest of your party. You don't even need a ticket to explore the 45,000 square feet of art-filled public spaces on the first and second floors. The first two floors of the museum are open to the public and completely free; the ground floor atrium has giant beanbags where you and your kiddo can flop down for a rest The second floor has a family activity room with interactive art stuff, some wacky video games, and lots of books you can read with your kid
