Richmond Playground Park

Super cute Bear playground for littles that love animal themed playgrounds. Big kids might get bored after the novelty. Parking is hard.

This playground is hugely entertaining and very new. The Bear Tower is a hit with imaginative kiddos, and also has enough height to challenge the older ones. There is boulder structure for big kids to practice their bouldering skills as well as a small hillside slide for littles.  There’s even a partitioned off sand pit that almost feels like it was a dog park - that’s how nicely enclosed it is. The area feels extremely safe and affluent, so the fact that there is next to no parking available doesn’t bother me when I know I’ll have to walk a bit. Houses are stately looking too! Personally, I would travel to this playground atleast once, despite the parking being hard.
