This is always a solid playground for kiddos and mom and dad. When we are chasing the sun, this is one of the better contenders. You’ve got a beautiful field full of humans picnicking, a safe and enclosed playground usually full of kids, and cafes across the street from coffee and smoothies. People in this neighborhood are great about maintaining tight community and safety for kids. In a city as big as SF, it’s nicely refreshing for locals to ask people if they are indeed in the playground with children if it looks like one might be loitering.
