Sparqkids San Francisco Peixotto Playground

Peixotto Playground

Parent reviewed

Playground is best for locals, as there is just one playset and therefore, limited. Still a solid playground for all ages, though.

Playground is nestled in the hills of central SF, also slightly vintage

There is only one play set in this park, but it does the job for multiple ages with various slide heights. I wouldn’t say this is an extensive playground, but it does the job for ages 1-5 for sure. Peixotto is nestled in the mountainside of Corona Heights, one of the best view points in SF so you could add in a little hike with your family to add to the day. Corona Heights can be pretty windy at the peak so Peixotto is nicely blocked from those gusts, which makes it friendly for kids. This playground could do with an upgrade, but overall, it’s not a bad bet for when you have kids of multiple ages and need to blow off some steam either by the hike or the playground.
