What’s great about this playground is the sun exposure, the view of the entire city, and the plethora of families around here. The playground is worn, and stands to benefit greatly from an upgrade due to the high volume of families in bernal, but overall fits the bill. Pinhole coffee is just down the street for Mom and Dad, and there are good eats on Cortland. If you’re looking for the ultimate playground, I would walk a little further to the recently renovated Bernal Heights Rec Center where the majority of kids will be.
