Parking in the Richmond district is always challenging. Expect to circle, park further, and walk because even the locals have trouble street parking.

The ship structure is pretty impressive for Pirate-loving kiddos, whereas the grounds do need to be renovated. Despite half the park seeming like it could use an upgrade, this is a large park with a few structures that could serve kids of all ages, in addition to a cute cottage for bathrooms, and a bridge into one of the play structures. Parking here is tough so it’s hard to recommend someone crossing the city to check out this Playground park, but if you’re in the area, it’s worth it to be a Pirate here.
