Earl Glenview Park carries quiet significance — created to commemorate the victims of the 2010 San Bruno gas explosion, it brings a thoughtful, community-centered heart to an otherwise modest neighborhood playground.
The park itself is small but cheerful — bright, colorful, and welcoming with brand new rubber-floored equipment that skews best for toddlers and younger children. Mostly enclosed with a calm, peaceful residential setting that makes it a relaxed and safe outing for little ones. A small grassy patch alongside makes it convenient for bringing the dog along while the kids play, and a basketball hoop across the street gives older kids a chance to shoot hoops.
Not a destination worth rerouting your day for, but a solid, meaningful neighborhood stop with genuinely fresh equipment.
A park with more heart than its size suggests.
