Josephine Waugh Soroptimist Park has the audacity to call itself a park while offering precisely zero playground equipment — but honestly, we respect the confidence. What it delivers instead is a peaceful, leafy trail perfect for an evening stroll, burning off relentless toddler energy, or simply pretending you're a person who goes on walks.
Fair warning: portions are uphill, so stroller pushers will get an unexpected workout alongside their toddlers. Consider it a bonus.
No playground here — but if little legs start demanding slides and swings by the end of the trail, Rotary Tot Lot is conveniently within walking distance to save the day.
A simple, pleasant green escape that delivers exactly what it promises — which is a walk. Just a walk.
