Bay Manor Park sets the bar. Built by Burke who makes some of the prettiest, thoughtful playgrounds I’ve seen — the design philosophy is immediately recognizable: bright, bold, sensory-rich, and genuinely inclusive for every age from babies to big kids.
Dedicated safer structures for babies, a complex climbing structure that actually challenges older kids, and thoughtful design throughout make this one of the most well-rounded neighborhood playgrounds around. Shaded picnic tables sit directly in front with perfect sightlines — party planning sorted.
The dog park next door deserves its own mention — tunnels and play structures for dogs make it genuinely one of the better ones around. Two basketball courts round things out beautifully.
Only caveat: residential street parking with limited curb space means arriving early is essential.
This is what every neighborhood park should aspire to be.
