Marlin Park is a genuinely lovely neighborhood destination that delivers far more than first impressions suggest. Sweeping lagoon views, dramatic weeping willow trees, and a peaceful sandy beach area create an enticing atmosphere for a neighborhood park.

The playground itself is impressively varied for its size — four different slide types, a dinosaur ride-on toy, overhead spinners, monkey bars, toddler swings, and a charming general store play area. Ages two to eight will find their sweet spot here comfortably.

One important heads up: despite the beautiful beach access, the lagoon carries active bacteria warning signs making water play off-limits. Admire the view, skip the splash.

A peaceful, characterful park worth a dedicated visit.
