Gull Park is quietly gorgeous — a peaceful waterside park with a sandy beach along the shore, charming houseboats bobbing gently in the background, and the kind of view that makes you forget you're at a neighborhood playground.
Two separate park areas serve different age groups, both skewing comfortably toward older toddlers rather than big kids. Older kids should head to the nearby Erckenbrack park instead. Parents of adventurous toddlers will appreciate playground structures that don't induce heart palpitations.
Easy parking and nearby bathroom facilities make the practical side of visiting completely stress-free — a combination rarer than it should be.
The overall vibe is calm, beautiful, and unhurried. Sometimes that's exactly what a family outing needs.
A lovely neighborhood gem elevated entirely by its stunning waterside setting.
